Most of primary school sports instructors have fixed-term employment contracts of 10 or 11 months every year and remain unemployed for 1 or 2 months before the new employment contract is made. They stood up against the harsh work environment in repetition and called for an open-ended employment contract for employment stability and the improvement of working conditions.
