According to the union chapter, two irregular workers who are also active unionists lost their jobs due to the shutdown of their companies, subcontractors to Hyundai Mipo Dockyard. They have been searching for the jobs. However, their reemployment opportunities have been rejected, for the reason that they are allegedly on the 'blacklist' shared by the employers not to hire them.

They demanded to stop the massive layoff and to secure the employment. They lowered the banner reading that the blacklist should be abolished and irregular jobs should be eradicated and basic labor rights should be guaranteed.
