Presidential candidates of Moon Jae-in of the Democratic Party of Korea, Yoo Seong-min of the Bareun Party and Sim Sang-jung of the Justice Party promised to realize the 10,000 minimum(US$8.77) wage by 2020. Another strong bidder, Ahn Cheol-soo of the People's Party suggested that he realize it by 2022, the time that the presidential term ends.
