The prosecutor again called for an 8-year jail term for Han Sang-kyun, President of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions(KCTU) in the appeals court hearing, who has been indicted of leading the mass protest rally organized on November 14 last year. The prosecutors had demanded the same 8-year imprisonment term for KCTU leader Han Sang-kyun in the original court hearing.
